For our partner Cristal Décisions, a consulting firm specializing in purchasing, project management, supply chain and finance, we are currently looking for a:
Business Developer (h/f/x) - Brussels - CDI - ASAP
Their mission? Provide tailor-made support and high-quality expertise to solve the problems encountered by their partners.
Present since 2005, in France and internationally, the company currently employs 100 people and has achieved sales of over €5 million by 2023.
You will be part of their subsidiary specialized in indirect purchasing, with a team of employees dedicated to optimizing, financing and rationalizing their partenrs' indirect purchases.
Their ambition? To become a leader in indirect purchasing consulting in France and abroad!
POSITION
Reporting to the France Sales Director, you will be responsible for business development within the Belgian national scope, acting as a privileged contact for high-level decision-makers (General Management, CFO, HRD, Purchasing Director...).
→ You advise them on various indirect purchasing categories: energy, real estate, facilities management, insurance, car fleet, marketing, packaging... in order to optimize their performance.
- First of all, you draw up a sales strategy with management for your geographical area. It's up to you to research the economic players in your region so as to be able to approach them appropriately. At the same time, you identify the key decision-makers in your customer portfolio.
- Using a variety of tools, you hunt down target accounts and present them with your service offering, drawing up sales proposals and negotiating contracts through to signature.
- You then coordinate the audit assignment with the consulting teams.
- On a day-to-day basis, you will take part in setting up marketing and sales events to build customer loyalty, and keep a close eye on market developments.

PROFIL
- You have completed 5 years of higher education (university and/or business school).
- You can speak Dutch at a professional level
- You have a first significant experience in BtoB sales development (including internship or work-study), ideally acquired in the sale of solutions/consultancy to companies on the Belgian market.
- You are autonomous in all stages of the sales cycle.
- You are results and KPI's oriented, and are motivated to exceed your goals.
- You are recognized for your rigor, your precision, your ease and above all for your persuasiveness.
