Customer Success Manager (H/F) - CDI - Paris
Founded in 2018, Velou is an american company which improves product discovery by automating the enrichment of product data. The end result is a detailed understanding of every product – using AI models, infused with domain knowledge, to analyze product images and text, and then predict attributes.
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Success Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the success and satisfaction of our clients throughout their journey with our products and services. As a trusted advisor, you will build strong relationships with customers, understand their business needs, and help them achieve their goals through effective use of our solutions.
Key Responsibilities :
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customers, building strong relationships and acting as their advocate within the company.
- Onboard new customers, guiding them through the implementation process and ensuring a smooth transition to our platform.
- Understand the unique goals and challenges of each customer, and develop tailored success plans to help them achieve their objectives.
- Provide proactive support and guidance to customers, offering best practices, troubleshooting assistance, and recommendations for optimization.
- Monitor customer usage and engagement metrics, identifying opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and expansion of services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product Development, and Delivery, to address customer needs and drive resolution of issues.
- Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews with customers to assess satisfaction, gather feedback, and identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or a related field; or equivalent experience preferred.
- Native French speaker, but fluent in English
- Proven track record of success in a customer-facing role, with at least 3 years of experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong technical aptitude, with the ability to quickly learn and master new software applications and AI technologies.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in CRM systems, project management tools, and other relevant software applications.
